Damaged Laundry
Oasis Laundry is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by items left in your laundry (e.g., pens, markers, makeup).
- Clothes that shrink, bleed, or change shape during washing/drying.
- Normal wear and tear, including buttons, beads, seams, or hems.
- Stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
- Items left unclaimed after 30 days may be donated to charity.
Lost Laundry
We take every precaution to avoid misplacement or loss, but if an item is lost:
- Call us within 24 hours of noticing the item is missing.
- Double-check your home to ensure it wasn’t left behind.
- If unresolved, Oasis Laundry’s liability is limited to:
- $50 per garment, up to $150 per order.
